+ Security Deposit: $500 Partially refundable. This will secure your booking and reserve your date at our venue and can be fully refunded if no damages occur during the event. If any cancellations are made after 24 hours of booking, the security deposit is non-refundable.

+ Event Liability Insurance: $100 *Estimate* All clients are required to purchase event insurance for the venue prior to the event. We offer assistance in obtaining insurance.

Our catering menu consists of delicious options, however we are happy to work with our clients to create a customized menu that satisfies individual taste, dietary restrictions, and allergens! We do allow outside catering. Please Contact Us for Catering Options/Pricing.
